Ok, after the excesses of the weekend (Mother's Day plus my birthday) and with less than 4 weeks till I take off for two weeks of summer in the US... time to get serious! 4 weeks of pain for 2 weeks pleasure, I think that's a pretty good deal 8)

Tuesday 13 May

1am - Vanilla protein slice (80cals) :oops:
5:30am - Bran 20g (60cals)
7:30am - Hard boiled egg (70cals)
8:30am - Bran protein pancake (280cals)
9am - FibreX slice (160cals)
11am - Almonds (100cals)
2pm - Frittata & hard boiled egg (190cals)
Veggie sticks (60cals)
4pm - Pumpkin soup 200g (70cals)
7:30pm - Satay Tofu w. steamed veg (330cal)
Diet jelly (40cals)
Protein bar (120cals)
9pm - Musashi protein 20g (70cals) :oops:
11pm - Tuna pouch (120cals) :oops:

Excercise 1410
Cal deficit 1210

All I can say about that is :oops: and, I'll do better tomorrow!!

I just realised that those darn tuna pouches have 850mg of sodium - thank god I realised because otherwise I would have eaten two or three of the horrible things!!!!

Total looking to be 1810cal, thanks to my middle-of-the-night guzzling!! God I'm mad at myself :evil:

I wonder if I can use this food diary section to write pledges?? Anyway, I'm going to!! I pledge to do 2x12min sessions of skipping over the weekend. 24mins ought to burn around the 280 cals that I ate early this morning. And, it's kind of fun, if not a little inconvenient :roll:

EDIT: Add to the above a serve of "no sugar added" icecream (50cal)

Grrrrr, weighed in this morning at 50kg exactly. A gain of 0.6kg on last week. Well, looking at the above, I have only myself to blame!

I refuse to go over 1500cal, for at least the next 7 days!! Maybe then I might see a loss for all my efforts. Grr!
