Hi Sarah

What exercise do you do to burn all those calories?

When i burn 500 cal on one day I have to walk an hour to work, and then spend 30 minutes on the Xtrainer on a pretty intense level.... You must be doing a lot of intense exercise!
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!

Yep, lots!! Generally between 90 to 110 minutes cardio and a half hour walk at lunchtime :oops: I know this is a bit nutty and extreme, but I'm a bit confused at the moment as to how I can reduce it and not gain weight :? After I get back from overseas though, I will have no choice, because I will be the proud owner of my own business and will not have time to scratch myself let alone spend three hours in the gym every day!!! :shock: I may need to visit the tent section in Rays Outdoors to purchase my clothing :lol: :cry:

Delivery of chcolate protein bars sitting on my desk all day + tired + bored + stressed + craving chocolate = Recipe for disaster :cry:

Note: I finished drinking the wine at 11pm, and got pulled up for a breath test just before I got home at 11:45pm - I blew 0.01. Felt a little stressed sitting in the queue to get tested!!! Only one small glass but you still worry!
