Breakfast
3 vitabrits with strawberries

Snack
grapes and a celery stick with fetta, 1 small piece of passionfruit sponge at the work morning tea to welcome the new addition to a colleague's family. :oops:

Lunch
2 rice and tuna patties, a pear

Snack
dried fruit and nuts

dinner
3 vita brits with abit of muesli, 2 slices of toast with tuna and tomato. :oops: The bloke's not here tonight due to haivng been called away to work at the reporting of Beaconsfield gold mine collapse and I never manage to cook when he's not here. Cooking for 1 SUCKS
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Wasn't going to post here as I am on a set eating plan but what the hey it will keep me honest if I have any extras.

Two slices wholemeal toast with tomato

Low Fat Yoghurt

Lunch
Tuna, tomato, Mayo on soy and linseed bread
Orange

Snack
Pear

Dinner
Beef Goulash

Actually I got it wrong it was Beef Stroganoff which is even better. Goulash was on Monday!
