2 vitabrits and the crumbs with strawberries and stewed apple

Snack
grapes

lunch
2 slices toast with vegemite, 3 corn thins

snack
dried fruit and cashews

dinner
spaghetti with vege sauce
some muesli and yoghurt (I seem to be REALLY hungry by Thursday - all the riding catching up with me)
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
