Breakfast
3 vitabrits with muesli

snack
grapes

lunch
3 slices toast with vege pasta sauce

snack
dried fruit and cashews

Dinner
3 vitabrits and muesli (again, the bloke is away, what can I say, breakfast is easy), muesli with yoghurt

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

fried egg (no oil, non stick pan)
wholemeal breakfast muffin

Snack
Apple
Extra: added carrot sticks and 1 almond nut

Lunch
salad with chicken and lentil dressing
orange

Snack
2 corn fritters and salsa dip

Dinner
Beef Steak, veges
