I have been having alot of problems eating well and keeping at my calories so I thought making a diary may help. Thats the plan anyway :mrgreen:

OK I had forgotten about this EKK!

Yesterday

Breakfast

Weetbix milk and a teaspoon of sugar

Lunch

Chicken and Salad sandwich

3 o'clock snack spoon of nutella (saves me from gorging later)

Dinner

Spaghetti with coleslaw.

3 cups of tea and three of coffee.
