Breakfast
was up really early to be at the market by 7, so didn't have anything at home. Basicall snacked on tiny things during the morning - apple, grapes, a couple of dates

Lunch
Madras Vegie pie with chutney

Snack
a few dates

Dinner
3 pieces of toast with tuna, egg and tomato (for some reason it left a bad taste in my mouth, so I washed it down with 1 vitabrit with some muesli)
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

1 slice wholemeal toast, peanut butter
cereal
glass of low fat milk

Snack
apple

Lunch
pea and ham soup
Small wholemeal roll
Mandarin

Snack
Small vege frittata (the arvo snacks on this plan are such treats!)

Dinner
Chicken Enchilada

Extra: Roast pumpkin and sweet potato (hubby had baked dinner)
1 segment of chocoloate orange
