Breakfast
3 vitabrits with strawberries

Snack
some popcorn and grapes

Lunch
lentil shepherd pie and a slice of 8grain sourdough

Snack
popcorn and some dried fruit and nuts

dinner
2vitabrits and a bit of muesli, a couple of mouthfulls of lentil shepherd pie.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

glass of low fat milk
ham, tomato, cheese on 1 slice wholemeal bread

Snack
fruit cup, pear

Lunch
tuna, mayo on 2 slices wholemeal bread
mandarin

Snack
date and sultana cookie

Dinner
beef korma, veges
