grilled beef pattie on wholemeal roll with salad
kiwifruit

Snack
2 biscuits and salsa dip

Dinner
chicken curry

Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs

breakfast
3 vitabrits with strawberries

snack
grapes and some dried fruit and nuts

lunch
1 slice 8 grain bread, some left over lentil shepherd pie

snack
dried fruit and nuts

dinner
a little left over lentil shepherd pie (yay, only 1 serve left, finally), some muesli with grapes, strawberries and no-fat yoghurt
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
