My manager asked me today if I was ok as I was looking pale. I said I might be low in iron. My mum commented the same last time she saw me. I think I look ok, but I have been taking some iron supplements and I've been getting the occasional bout of dizziness, so I decided to have a bit of meat since I don't eat it very often. It was yummy. Done just right the way I like it (which is good, because I cooked it .
