2 vitabrits with a little muesli and strawberries

snack
grapes

lunch
lentil shepherd pie (thank god it was the last bit)

snack
dried fruit and nuts

dinner
porterhouse steak (visible fat removed, about the equivalent of a deck of cards) and salad.

My manager asked me today if I was ok as I was looking pale. I said I might be low in iron. My mum commented the same last time she saw me. I think I look ok, but I have been taking some iron supplements and I've been getting the occasional bout of dizziness, so I decided to have a bit of meat since I don't eat it very often. It was yummy. Done just right the way I like it (which is good, because I cooked it . :lol:
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
