Breakfast
Tomato and Ham on 1 slice soy and linseed toast
2 weetbix with milk
glass of low fat milk (this breaky seemed huge!)

Snack
extras: 1/4 of apple, 1 slice of orange and 3 carrot sticks

Lunch
fettucine bolognaise
orange

Snack
apple
2pcs crostini with pate

Dinner
chicken and bean hot pot


Was my turn to provide morning tea so they all love the chips, dips, biscuit cheese type scenario which I did and added a plate of sliced apple, orange and carrot so I could eat with them too and not be tempted and they all loved the healthy offering too. So that was morning tea then the whole floor had afternoon tea which was muffins and cakes, I didn't have any of that either. Sheesh if we were cattle I would think they are fattening us up for the kill!!

Bfast: 2 slices of wholemeal toast with marg and vegemite.

Lunch: 4 slices of wholemeal bread with marg, onion, lettuce, cucumber and flavoured tuna.

Dinner: 100gr of steak, 100gr broccoli, 100gr cauliflower.

Drinks: 2.5 litre of water.

:lol: Thanks Rochelle. It is fairly constant like that at work. Never realised how often it happened until I started saying 'no thanks'.

What is it with Work and high calorie cost food temptations?

Breakfast
3 vitabrits with strawberries

Snack
grapes and 3 corn thins

lunch
2 slices toast with vegemite and a pear....and a v. small slice of jaffa cake some naughty sprite left on the table

snack
dried fruit and nuts

dinner
3 slices of toast with promite and honey. 1 vitabrit with a bit of muesli
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
