(forgot my lunch and the stuff I'd bought to restock my work larder, so no grapes today)
2 corn thins
3.5 pieces of rye toast with vegemite
zucchini slice with salad. 1 vitabrit with muesli.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
