2 egg mushroom and tomato omelette

Snack

Lunch
chocolate diet shake

Snack
vegetable soup

Dinner
strawberries & cream diet shake

Snack
diet jelly

Bfast: nothing :roll: (was in a big rush)

Morn Tea: chicken sandwich

Lunch: No points Soup with 2 slices of wholemeal bread

Dinner: Chicken breast (skinless) with broc and cauli

1 glass lo fat milk

mandarin

Lunch
egg and tomato on wholemeal roll
apple

Snack
muesli bar

Dinner
sausages, mash, veges

2 vitabrits a little muesli and strawberries

Snack
(forgot my lunch and the stuff I'd bought to restock my work larder, so no grapes today)
2 corn thins

lunch
3.5 pieces of rye toast with vegemite

snack
apple

dinner
zucchini slice with salad. 1 vitabrit with muesli.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

I have to add a jarra choc o'lait drink had that about an hour ago! 99% fat free but i still count it as an 'extra'.
