Shalimars food diary.

Although I am almost 6 months into my change of eating habits I have only been keeping a food diary at home for around 6 weeks. I now will transfer that info. into here each morning.


24-06-08

Lunch; coffee
4 weight watchers biscuits
mandarin

Tea; small tin of country ladle minestrone soup
salad-white cabbage, red cabbage, carrot, red onion and some cherry tomatoes
1 pkt. of Weight watchers potato bakes

Evening snack; 1 weight watchers chocolate biscuit.

Water and diet coke throughout the day.

I had the evening snack biscuit in order to satiate my craving for chocolate ( something I haven't had all year). I then had to hit the supermarket later and managed to walk past the Lindt choccie on special in Woolies- geez that Chilli choc looks good but I didn't fold.

Well done on not folding on the chilli chocolate.
I saw on the board index page its your birthday - happy birthday!, don't ingulge in too much cake :wink:

Thanks Tarz for the birthday wishes, and no there won't be any cake for me tonight. I'm saving myself for Saturday night when we are having a belated birthday tea for me at my sisters (her house is a lot bigger than ours).

coffee
1 weight watchers biscuit.


Tea; corned beef
carrots
pumpkin
potatos
Hollandaise sauce (packet)

Water and diet coke throughout the day.

Tea; mountain bread wrap with lean ham, grated carrot (about half a carrot). 1/2 a doz. cherry tomatoes and some chilli and tomato relish

Lunch; 1/2 a server of bran with skimmed milk
2 malt biscuits
1 coffee
1 mandarin


We had my belated birthday tea at my sisters so I never thought It was going to be a 'good' night.

Tea; Curry (couldn't finish it) rice (couldn't finish it) naan (about 1/2 a piece as as I couldn't finish it) and 4 cocktail samosas
2 small pieces of pizza and 1/2 a small (the size of a small muffin) sticky date pudding

The down side is I weiged a kg. heavier this morning. My first ever weight gain in almost 6 months and boy does it feel crappola :x but the food was great.

Tea; 3 Chevapchichis and onions done on the health grill (no oil added). 1/2 a serve of instant mashed potato, gravy, steamed carrot, brussells sprouts and broccoli.

Lunch; nestle diet choc mousse with some strawberries sliced on top
2 ww biscuits
coffee
cruskit with a low fat cheese spread and a scrapping of vegemite


Tea; chicken breast done in the oven with cajun and peppered spices (couldn't decide which one to do so did a bit of both)
steamed veg, carrot, broccoli, cauli and pumpkin
Small serve of pkt. cheese sauce.

Not such a great day today (mums birthday Lunch) but on the upside the scales are moving once again on the decline :) .

Nibblies; Nut, dried fruit.

Lunch; Small serve of lasagne, small serve of potato bake (not made with cream and only a handful of grated cheese), salad and a piece of bread with a scraping of low fat marg)
Small piece of sticky date pudding.


Tea; 1 tiny cupcake and a mandarin.
