Hi Tarz, Chevis (as I call them) are little skinless sausages, usually a little spicy. I do them on the health grill.

I love them with bbq sauce or on a dollop of instant mashed potato, fried onions (all done on the health grill of course) and some gravy :mrgreen: .

Yum GI, I have had them in a wrap with minted, garlic natural yoghurt before :) .

I had a very 'light' day yesterday, the time just seemed to run away from me.

Tea; 1/2 serve of bran and skim milk
3 Weight Watchers biscuits
