I figured I'll get back to doing my food on here again, I have been on a bit of a downer the last month (our doggie died) or so and I have decided Im not doing myself or my dog any good by carrying on the way I have been so back to it
I am on 1590 cals and still losing, for now Im happy with that but I will have to up the cals before too much longer, however......I had a bit of a big food session on Saturday night and we have Juniors Birthday party this Saturday coming so I am going to stick with 1590 cals for now and I am going to aim for 1200 cals this Friday and Sunday to help combat any 'damage' I may do on Saturday night.
Once my weight has stabilised again I plan to up myself to 1700 cals even but I have a sneaky suspicion that I will have to up the cals again after that.
Now thats out of the way..........
B/fast; yoghurt, muesli, blueberries and 1 slice of home made protein slice
M/tea; home made muesli slice and black tea
Lunch; 1 Tip Top fruit muffin, 1 tspn. peanut paste, 1 tspn. honey, 1 banana, watermelon, 1 apple and some blueberries
A/tea; home made protein bar, black tea
Tea; fish fillet, cauli, broccoli, cabbage and snow peas (all steamed)
Dessert; fun size Turkish Delight and violet crumble
Supper; skimmed milk, chocolate topping, 1 white Tim Tam, 1 split ice cream, porridge and stewed apple and a diet creme caramel.
