Just keeping it light because of last night, to be honest Im not hungry at all but I know I still have to eat.......


B/fast; 1 orange, 1 apple and some yoghurt

Lunch; salad, egg, 1 slice of light Jarlsberg and homemade Tabouli

A/tea; 1 piece of licorice, 1 split ice cream, 1 protein bar, 1 protein slice (I got a bit peckish, so have gone over the 1200 cals I said Id stick to but I wont go over my usual 1590 cals for the day)

Tea; Multigrain x 2, 1 slice of Jarlsberg, ff mayo, beetroot and some roasted capsicum dip

Dessert; 1 Violet Crumble, 1 Turkish Delight-Fun/share sizes.

E/ snack; apple, watermelon, blueberries, 1 share size violet crumble, 1 fruit and nut bar and 1 le rice

Plenty of water as I never realised how dehydrating 'junk' food is.

Thats ok Sarah, come to think of it I didnt really think about doing that :P :lol: .

Oh well, at least now you can see what I have been doing on a daily basis.

Thats the one Jewles :) , like I said I have played around with it a lot. I do dried apricot and almond, prune and almond, almonds and mixed dried fruit and my current fav is dates, walnuts and grated carrot, it makes it nice and moist :) .
I have been having some thoughts of putting in some mini chocolate bits but wonder if it kind of defeats the purpose :lol: .

A/tea; muesli slice and black tea

Tea; fish and steamed cauli, broccoli, carrot, cabbage, sweet potato,zucchini and snow peas

Dessert; 1 Violet Crumble, 1 Turkish Delight-Fun/share sizes.

E/ snack; ice cream in a cone, white tim tam,1 diet creme caramel, 1 apple, some blueberries and some cucumber

Tea; pita bread wrap with grilled chicken, home made Tabouli, tomato, cucumber,beetroot, onion, pumpkin dip and mayo

Dessert; 1 Violet Crumble, 1 Turkish Delight-Fun/share sizes.

E/ snack; Fruche, 1 white Tim Tam, slim secrets protein bar, some almonds and some yoghurt.
