Just keeping it light because of last night, to be honest Im not hungry at all but I know I still have to eat.......
B/fast; 1 orange, 1 apple and some yoghurt
Lunch; salad, egg, 1 slice of light Jarlsberg and homemade Tabouli
A/tea; 1 piece of licorice, 1 split ice cream, 1 protein bar, 1 protein slice (I got a bit peckish, so have gone over the 1200 cals I said Id stick to but I wont go over my usual 1590 cals for the day)
Tea; Multigrain x 2, 1 slice of Jarlsberg, ff mayo, beetroot and some roasted capsicum dip
Dessert; 1 Violet Crumble, 1 Turkish Delight-Fun/share sizes.
E/ snack; apple, watermelon, blueberries, 1 share size violet crumble, 1 fruit and nut bar and 1 le rice
Plenty of water as I never realised how dehydrating 'junk' food is.
