I might revive this again for a while, I have put myself back on weight loss cals as I need to lose a kilo or 3 to get back to where I am happy.
After having got to a happy weight I stupidly listened when people told me I looked too thin, sick and all the other crappola people come out with so I gained a few kilos, 95% of people said I looked much healthier but I didn't feel it so I'm heading back to where I feel healthy and happy.
I have put myself back on 1260 cals which is what I was on when I got to goal........
B/fast; yoghurt, prunes and a sprinkling of Sanitarium light and tasty.
Lunch; pumpernickel with phillie, tomato, 97%ff sliced chicken and cucumber
Afternoon snack; diet jelly, yoghurt and a muesli bar
Tea; home made pizza- pita bread, pizza sauce (bbq), tomato, mushroom, onion, capsicum, olives, some tinned chicken and some light mozarella
