Sue do you eat breakfast? I arent a big brekkie fan but I eat anyway.Why I dont know. How many calories are you eating a day?
Need to get motivated.

Hi Curvygirl, No I don't eat breakfast, I never really have, the only time I did eat it was when I was pregnant. I love food but I just can't stomach it at 7 in the morning. Add to that the hassles of getting junior ready for school and it doesn't leave a lot of time although I guess I could have something when I get home but I have a pretty early lunch (11am) so I figure I may as well just wait.

As to the amount of calories I eat it varies, one day it may be 300-400 the next day it could be 700-800. I have never (since change of eating habits) eaten the 1500cals. or whatever the recommended intake is. I think the fact that I'm not an overly active person , in that I don't have an active job (I'm a stay at home mum) contributes to me not eating a great deal but I very rarely get hunger pains, if I do I reach for the fruit and not the potato crisps.

Does that mean you didn't like it?
I like the slim secret bars, they are good when you are going out and don't want to buy food out. Eg, perfect at a football game otherwise you get a hotdog.

Hi Tarz, yes I did like it, it's just that I only bought one and I halved it with my mum. There is only one supermarket near me that sells them so I'll make a trip back there for some more at the end of the week. We had the latte flavoured one, which one/s do you like the best?
