Breakfast
1 vitabrit with muesli and strawberries, 2 slices of 8 grain toast

Lunch
chilli-bean pie with chutney

Snack
muesli bar, strawberries and 1 date. To warm me up - a cup of hot cocoa with some hazlenut liquer in. Yummy.

Dinner
Vegie soup and 2 slices of 8 grain toast

Midnight snack
a small slice of zucchini slice

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Breakfast
muesli, 1 slice wholemeal bread with jam
glass of low fat milk

Lunch
lentil, chick pea curry
pear

Snack
20grams cheese, 5 wafer biscuits

Dinner
chicken, rice, veges

Snack
extra: 1 segment of chocolate orange (about to have that next, at this rate it will take me about 4 months to eat the whole thing!!)
