B/fast - 30gm Weight watchers Fruity Museli cereal, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 banana
Morning tea - Goulburn Valley Fruit Salad snack pack
Lunch - 100gm tuna with some chickpea/brown lentils/raisins/pinenuts
