Breakfast
2 vitabrits, with muesli and strawberries

Lunch
4 wholemeal crumpets with promite and honey

Snack
pear and 3 dates

Dinner
will be vege soup and toast.

chocolate diet shake

Snack
no point veggie soup

Dinner
Roast beef
and 3 vege

Snack
diet jelly

Breakfast
fried egg (no oil) on wholemeal breakfast muffin
glass of low fat milk

Lunch
salad
orange and apple

Dinner
zuchini bake
roast pumpkin and carrots

zuchini bake was supposed to be my afternoon snack for the day but instead I had it as dinner with some roast veges my hubby had cooked for himself, it was just right didn't feel like a big dinner.
