{Today was a fairly good day, i only ate half of my wrap, i ordered tomorrow nights dinner in advance & didnt eat it (the old elle would of whoed down both)- prob shouldnt have had all those chai's though}

Did manage some arm weights but skipped the floor workout :roll:
