Righto, i have lurked in the shadows long enough. I am finding Calorie King a great way to record my food intake for the past week and now i am ready to face the music and hopefully have people tell me wether i am eating right, what i should eat more of or less etc.
According to CK my daily calorie intake should be 1890
Todays intake consisted of:
Breakfast - 1 cup Lowan Fruit & Nut Muesli, 200gm plain yoghurt
Snack - Blueberry Oven Baked Bar
Lunch - Tomato, Lettuce, Cheese, Carrot, Shaved Ham, tspn mayo
Snack - 120gm Fresh Strawberries
10 glasses of water
