Righto, i have lurked in the shadows long enough. I am finding Calorie King a great way to record my food intake for the past week and now i am ready to face the music and hopefully have people tell me wether i am eating right, what i should eat more of or less etc.
According to CK my daily calorie intake should be 1890
Todays intake consisted of:

Breakfast - 1 cup Lowan Fruit & Nut Muesli, 200gm plain yoghurt
Snack - Blueberry Oven Baked Bar
Lunch - Tomato, Lettuce, Cheese, Carrot, Shaved Ham, tspn mayo
Snack - 120gm Fresh Strawberries
Dinner -

10 glasses of water :)

I thought i could edit my post but i can't so tomorrow i will wait until after dinner before writing my food diary.

Tonights dinner consisted of:
half a packet of oriental 2 min noodles and some homemade spaghetti sauce with carrots and zucchini cooked into it.

Snack - 120gm Fresh Strawberries
Lunch - 2x ww crispbreads, lettuce, cheese (bega so extra light), shaved ham
Snack - banana, packet of tiny teddies (25g)
Dinner - wasn't hungry.

Loads of water.

Lunch -1 small piece of beef schnitzel, lettuce, cheese (bega so extra light), tomato
Snack - 1 carrot
Dinner - wasn't hungry

oopps, i mucked up my dates but it doesn't matter too much.

18/07

Snack - 1 Apple
Lunch - Tomato, Lettuce, Cheese, Carrot, Shaved Ham, tspn mayo
Snack - 1 Kiwi fruit
Dinner - 1 sausage, roast potato, carrot and pumpkin.

Breakfast - 2 slices of fruit toast lightly spread with ultra light margarine
Snack - 1 banana
Lunch - 2 ww crispbreads, tomato, Lettuce, Cheese, Shaved Ham,
Snack - 1 tub of ski d'lite strawberry yoghurt
Dinner - 1 ham steak, onion, pineapple, egg.
