Breakfast
3 vitabrits with strawberries

Snack
grapes, 3 dates

Lunch
zucchini slice, 3 corn thins with vegemite

Snack
dried fruit and nuts, apple

Dinner
will be vege soup and toast.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Bfast: 2 pieces of wholemeal toast with marg and tomato

Snack: Tub of yoghurt

Lunch: No Points soup, sml tin of tuna and 1 piece of wholemeal bread.

Snack: Apple

Dinner: 125gr steak, 200 gr broc and caul.

Drinks: 2+ litres of water.

glass of low fat milk

Snack
kiwifruit

Lunch
tortellini with tomato sauce
apple

Snack
pineapple and date slice

Dinner
rogan josh
