1030am-post-gym- soy strawberry smoothie
1230pm-lunch-1 piece of multigrain toast with avocado & 2cups of cooked vegies & V8 juice
3pm-snack- apple
6pm-dinner- vegetable & tofu soup (homemade) with 1 piece multigrain toast
i am working night shift tonight, so this is what ill have at work which will be tomorrows diet-
