Im a vegan by the way.

28/7/08

8am-pre-gym- banana
1030am-post-gym- soy strawberry smoothie
1230pm-lunch-1 piece of multigrain toast with avocado & 2cups of cooked vegies & V8 juice
3pm-snack- apple
6pm-dinner- vegetable & tofu soup (homemade) with 1 piece multigrain toast

i am working night shift tonight, so this is what ill have at work which will be tomorrows diet-

29/7/08

3am( work break)-2 pieces multigrain toast with avocado & a manderin
8am- before bed- soy strawberry smoothie
1pm-pre gym- banana
2pm- post gym- 2 cups vegetables cooked
6pm dinner- vegetable pasta & V8 juice
9pm snack- apple

just thought id post my food diary for the week. ive gone back to being a vegetarian, im finding being a vegan is very hard. i still prefer soy milk, and i only choose organic eggs grown from a free range cruelty free farm locally.

meal 1- organic soy milk(3/4cup) with organic muesli & amaranth(1/3 cup) with an organic pear.
meal 2- organic multigrain bread(1 piece) with organic avocado(1 tbsp)
meal 3- organic w/meal pasta(1 cup) with organic tomato pasta sauce(1 tbsp) with organic salad of spinach, cucumber & tomato(1 cup) and organic chilli salad dressing(1 tsp) and an organic banana
meal 4- organic w/grain crispbread(2 crackers) with organic yogurt(1/3 cup)
meal 5- organic sweet potato(1/2) with organic mushrooms & zucchini(2 cups) with organic mixed beans(2/3 cup) and organic tofu(1/3 cup) cooked in organic oil(1 tsp)

fluid- 2 L water & 2 cups of organic green tea.

meal 1- 1 slice multigrain bread with low fat cheese grilled, and a banana
meal 2- 2 milk arrowroot biscuits & 3 almonds & 2 brazil nuts
meal 3- wholegrain roll with salad (cucumber, spinach & tomato) and an apple
meal 4- slimshake(from fernwood gym)
meal 5- 3 vege sausages with a potato and 2 cups cooked mushrooms & zucchini (cooked in 2 tsp low fat marg)

2L water & 2 cups green tea

I am still take milk mix with almonds and lot of dry fruit, I am also take the banana with the milk after the exercise. I have seen that All are awe about the banana. Banana consider lot of calcium than other fruit. So I like it.
