just thought id post my food diary for the week. ive gone back to being a vegetarian, im finding being a vegan is very hard. i still prefer soy milk, and i only choose organic eggs grown from a free range cruelty free farm locally.
meal 1- organic soy milk(3/4cup) with organic muesli & amaranth(1/3 cup) with an organic pear.
meal 2- organic multigrain bread(1 piece) with organic avocado(1 tbsp)
meal 3- organic w/meal pasta(1 cup) with organic tomato pasta sauce(1 tbsp) with organic salad of spinach, cucumber & tomato(1 cup) and organic chilli salad dressing(1 tsp) and an organic banana
meal 4- organic w/grain crispbread(2 crackers) with organic yogurt(1/3 cup)
meal 5- organic sweet potato(1/2) with organic mushrooms & zucchini(2 cups) with organic mixed beans(2/3 cup) and organic tofu(1/3 cup) cooked in organic oil(1 tsp)
fluid- 2 L water & 2 cups of organic green tea.
