Snack: Low Fat Yoghurt

Lunch: No points soup, sml tin of tuna, 2 pieces of wholemeal bread

Snack: Apple

Dinner: 150g Chicken, 200g brocolli and cauliflower.[/center]

Dinner: a little chicken a' la king

glass of low fat milk

Snack
apple

Lunch
tuna, mayo, tomato on wholemal roll
orange

Snack
dried fruit and nuts

Dinner
chicken teriyaki

Breakfast
3 vitabrits with strawberries

Snack
grapes

Lunch
curried egg and chicken salad foccacia sandwiches watermelon, honeydew and rockmelon at a catered work function. The sandwiches had heaps of margarine :? yuck

Snack
leftover zucchini slice

Dinner
soup and 2 slices toast
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
