Just setting this up ready to start tomorrow. I will try to be brutally honest with this diary keeping.... even if it means admitting to eating copious amounts of cold tofu at 2am, or any other gross and unusual behaviour! I will attempt to not disgrace myself though :mrgreen:

Ok, here we go. Just gonna write out what I've had so far and continue on with my plan for the rest of the day. Then, I'll edit at the end of the day.

Monday 4th August

5:30am - Bran 45g & a hard-boiled egg (190cal)
8am - Delicious bran loaf lol & 100g f/f natural yoghurt (210cal)
11am - Zucchini and tomato frittata & raw veggies (150cal)
2pm - Tuna and spinach pattie (200cal)
4pm - Pumpkin soup (80cal)
7pm - Japanese tofu w. steamed veggies & diet jelly (300cal)
9pm - 1/2 HPLC bar & Jarrah chocolatte (230cal)
10pm - Musashi p/p 15g (60cal)

Total 1420cal :D

7am - Jarrah chocolatte (40cal)
8:30am - Musashi p/p 15g (60cal)
11am - Zucchini and tomato frittata & a hard boiled egg (170cal)
1:30pm - Tuna and spinach pattie & veggie sticks (250cal)
4pm - Pumpkin soup (80cal)
7:30pm - Japanese tofu w. steamed veggies, Diet jelly (300cal)
9pm - Almonds (100cal)
1/2 Protein cookie (130cal)
small serve FibreX cereal (60cal)

6am - a few bites of a mouldy banana, yuck & Bran 45g (160cal)
7am - Bran loaf (150cal)
9am - Hard boiled egg (70cal)
10:30am - Tuna to go & a Slim secrets binge buster bar (290cal)
2pm - Veggie sticks & Soy cheese and salad sandwich on empower bread (230cal)
4pm - Pumpkin soup (80cal)
Milk coffee biscuits x2 (70cal) :oops:
7:30pm - Soy sausages w. steamed veggies, Diet jelly (300cal)
9pm - Almonds (150cal)
Jarrah chocolatte (40cal)
