Ok, after a pretty bad long weekend, I'm determined to get back on track. So, for the next 4 days, Tues to Fri, it's a mini-challenge!! No picking for 4 days. That includes: bran, protein powder, nuts, sipping milk out of the carton... and at work, biscuits and choccies!! Allowed is raw veggies! :twisted: Any little bits on the side will be recorded in this diary and highlighted by a :oops: .

Tuesday 18th August

3am - Cream cheese (70cal) :oops: - good start hey!
6am - Bran plus 30g (90cal)
8am - Pumpkin slice, 1.5 pcs (300cal)
9am - Natural yoghurt & Hazelnuts (180cal)
11am - Tuna to go (150cal)
2pm - Salmon & asparagus frittata & veggie sticks (240cal)
4pm - Mushroom soup (70cal)
7:30pm - Fish and veg stir fry & diet jelly (270cal)
9:30pm - 1/2 protein cookie & jarrah chocolatte (170cal)

Total 1540cal :)

6pm - Grilled fish (from the fish and chip shop) w. steamed veggies
7:30pm - Low carb cheesecake w. no added sugar icecream

Saturday 23rd August

Thanks Danni - I'm glad you think so! :D I do eat healthy food I guess... I just can't control the quantities :oops:

Been a bit behind. Here's a few day's worth. Still very high on the total calories, I really have to work on getting it back under 1500cal!! Ditching the midnight snacks might help - easier said than done :(

Friday 29 August

Oops, I've been a bit of a slacker here. But, I have an excuse (well, two actually):
1. I was out all weekend (Thurs to Sun) at Breakthrough to Success :D (see "Lifestyle Talk" section :wink: ). And after all that, couldn't make it to work yesterday!
2. My computer at home has packed it in. The video card went to god, so now I can only use the computer here at work.

Anyway, I'm a bit lazy to type out all my eatings, but what I do have is the end result. The all-important calorie count LOL. Here goes...

Thursday 4th Sept: 1660cal
Friday 5th Sept: 1820cal
Saturday 6th Sept: 1700cal
Sunday 7th Sept (Transformation Day!!! :mrgreen: ): 1810cal

Grr, looks like I've dropped the ball only a couple of days from the finishing line! I attacked my protein bar supply (again!) last night to the tune of 450cals!! :evil:
