glass of low fat milk

Snack

Lunch
grilled meat patty on wholemeal roll with tomato
orange

Snack
popcorn

Dinner
steak diane, veges

Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs

Breakfast
3 vitabrits with strawberries

snack
grapes

lunch
2 slices toast with leftover beans, pear

snack
dried fruit and nuts

dinner
spaghetti with vege sauce, 2 slices bread
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
