Breakfast
2 vitabrits with muesli and strawberries

snack
1 crumpet with promite

lunch
4 slices toast with leftover spaghetti sauce

snack
dried fruit and nuts

dinner
baked and steamed vegies, 1 beer
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

I've decided I will not list my food just the plan and the extras. Once I revert to preparing my own food I will start listing again.
