Gosh, I am soooo disallusioned, why can't I loose weight!
Maybe I do need the extra protein in the drinks? Maybe this will speed things up? I don't believe in the really low carb diets, because being a nurse I have seen people with kidney damage from it:(
Anyway, will continue to post my food here to see what is going on:)
Sorry such a loooong post!
I Just don't know what to do!!! Hopefully the protein drinks will help???
