My first goal is to not eat any junk food at all, for at least a week. This would be a BIG improvement in my hectic life.
I also want to drink a LOT more water.
Breakfast 5:30am 140g Baked Beans, 1 slice wholemeal/grain bread.
Snack 11:00am Snack pack S&V crisps, 600ml Coke.
Lunch 2:00pm 100g cooked pasta with tomato based sauce.
Thats all so far today.
Negatives My unhealthy snack, but I forgot to take any food to work, and was a bit peckish at 11. Finished work at 2, and had my lunch. Need to buy some fruit.
Positives Over half a litre of water already.
