C25k and monster motivator are included in the 7 hours. Basically I want to do an hour of exercise a day but sometimes because of work or social stuff I don't get a chance- so this way I can set myself a challenging goal that is actually achievable :)

Hey, thanks lexi- pity he didn't stay that small! Still cute tho :)

Well day one went pretty good 1.5hours of exercise (c25k and monster motivator) but food could have been so much better, however I'm glad I recorded it all because at least thats a step in the right direction and I can pinpoint the times I need to be extra careful. Main meals are really good for me, its the snacking that I am awful at- however I'm going to make an effort to eat more fruit as a snack, or before I consider something else to eat and hope that it cuts my calorie intake instead of going for fat and carb filled stuff.

Ali, you are going to P!SS YOURSELF laughing!!!.......... i went to ask about bootcamp after yoga tonight.... and managed to get myself signed up!!!! haha. long story short, i don't know what i was doing. hot guy helping me didn't exactly help either!! he was the one who initially signed me up, and he told me i was looking good  and he told me about the class he teaches and told me to come. so not only do i have to go to his class in study week, but i'm also in for 5 weeks of bootcamp!! so THAT"S why they have hot guys there!!! the first session was today, but i don't mind, they were free anyway  (thank god)

arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Hey girls- well today was so much better than yesterday, had 1252 cals which is right on track :) Didn't give into the evil muffins  but had a yummy frozen yogurt- only 90cals and so delicious! Also went for a half hour walk with chris- will have to make up the extra half hour tomorrow. Very proud of myself for not emotional eating in regards to the job interview today :) Hope you guys are going great!

Oh hun....you poor thing. DEFINATELY don't do bootcamp unless you're feeling 100%....it's hard enough as it is without doing it when you're feeling poorly.

You'd better be better by next Tuesday Missy!!! :P

Right, back to bed for you!

HHmm...bed or playing with poo....what a choice!

I think I've been pretty good the last few days - although if anything I didn't eat enough yesterday?!

I had:
B - 2 crumpets (8.15)
L - 2 sushi (12)
S - Banana & Museli Bar
D - Baked potato and a tiny bit of pasta bol (4pm)
Glass of red (9)

Needless to say I was STARVING after bootcamp this morning! So, today:

Bootcamp 6-7.15
B - cereal with extra bran & low fat milk (7.30)
S - Museli Bar (10.30), Banana (11), Apple (12.30)
L - Velish and maybe a baked potato with low fat cottage cheese
D - dont know! Maybe eggs of some kind for extra protein?
