Trying to make up for my sins of the week...
8.30 - meal replacement shake for breakfast
10.30 - apple & museli bar
1 - 2 x crumpets with a little bit of ultra light marg
3.30 - strawberries with yoplait forme yoghurt (can you believe this yummy 'treat' is only around 120 calories??)
LOTS of water
Dinner...I'm off to the Hilton tonight for a black tie work dinner. I've decided to drive so I don't drink too much (will be having white wine & soda) and I'll only have my entree and main - NO DESSERT!
I've not done any exercise today (God I'm hurting from bootcamp yesterday - I though it would start getting easier!!) but I've done the grocery shopping and carried everything in my recycle bags, I've cleaned the house, re-made all the beds, hung out about 5 loads of washing (it's the most gorgeous day in Adelaide today - 20 degrees and sunny
I have to be good today and try my hardest tomorrow for a BBQ lunch for fathers day / nephews birthday....sh!t this is hard!! Must remember....3 weeks and I'm off o/s....
