Breakfast
2 vitabrits, muesli and strawberries

snack
1/4 of an almont sultana biscuit

lunch
madras pie with chutney

snack
an edge of a mueslibar, some grapes, 1/2 a pear and a date

dinner
vege and beef thai stirfry with rice
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
