1 vitabrit with some muesli, 2 slices fruit and nut toast

1 slice of fruit and nut toast

1/2 an apple, 1/2 a mandarin

leftover beef and veg stirfry with rice, piece of bread with honey, piece of celery

vege risotto, 1 scone half with jam, half with jam and a little cream :oops:

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

small serve of bolognaise sauce with 2 slices soy & linseed toast.
