Thanks guys for your support! Last night I weighed myself. I weigh 72kg. My goal is to be 68kg by the 30th oct when I will be bridesmaid at my best friends wedding. That is 4 kg in just over 6 weeks. I know that I can do this - I just have to be strong!!
2x oat brits
1x cup lite milk
1 x apple
snack 10.30 1 x banana
1 x roll
1 x can tuna (flavoured but fat free)
140g rump steak grilled
1 x cup cooked cous cous
6 x olives
2 x tbs tomato based pasta sauce
carrots, beans and capsicum
2L of water and tea through out the day.
Mini Goal is to be 68kg by the 30 Oct.
