I am hoping this is a way to keep me motivated and on track. I have kept food diaries before and each time I lost interest very quickly but I thought if I keep it online and other people can see it then it will force me to be conticious of what I eat and stay motivated.

Breakafast: 8.30am
1 x small bowl of porridge
1 x cup skim milk
1x banana and strawberries
1 x tbs LSA

Ok so this wasn't the best start to my food diary - I have been eating healthy well trying I've just been lazy with recording it!

Breakfast 7.00
Ix small bowl of porridge
I x cup milk
1 X banana
1 x tsp of LSA

Lunch 11.45
I x cup cooked pasta
1 x tin of tuna
tomatoes and rocket.

1 x glass of soy milk 3.00

Dinner 7.00
1x cup cooked rice
1 x small serve of beef curry (with potato)

+ 2L of water drunk through the day
+ a sugar-free red bull because I have an assignment due tomorrow - i think tonight will be a late one!!

1/2 x cup uncooked couscous
salad

2L water through out day + several cups of tea with milk.
1/2 hr walk tonight

Today was a good day! Hopefully tomorrow will be the same

okay so I made it - day 2 and going strong. Today was hard - come 10.30 i was hanging for something. But i had 2 big gllasses of water and ate my orange early and then I was sweet till lunch.

Breakfast 6.30 cereal
2 x oat brits
1 x cup milk (lite)
1 x pear

Orange - 10.30

Lunch 12 pasta salad
1 cup cooked pasta
tuna
tomatoes and mixed greens

5.30 snack chopped vegies raw with salsa

6.45 dinner pizza (yum)
1 x lebanese bread
1x sasage
6 x olives
pasta sauce
vegies
30g cheese

2L of water and plenty of cups of tea through out the day.

TONIGHT WILL BE A BUSY ONE AND A LATE ONE - SO I HAVE DECIDED THAT I WILL GRAB 2 X SUSHI ROLLS TO EAT ON THE GO AND A DIET COKE AND AN APPLE.

I HAVEN'T REALLY HAD ANY VEGIES TODAY BUT OH WELL!!

Thanks guys for your support! Last night I weighed myself. I weigh 72kg. My goal is to be 68kg by the 30th oct when I will be bridesmaid at my best friends wedding. That is 4 kg in just over 6 weeks. I know that I can do this - I just have to be strong!!

Breakfast 6.30
2x oat brits
1x cup lite milk
1 x apple

snack 10.30 1 x banana

Lunch 1.00
1 x roll
1 x can tuna (flavoured but fat free)
salad

Dinner 7.00
140g rump steak grilled
1 x cup cooked cous cous
6 x olives
2 x tbs tomato based pasta sauce
carrots, beans and capsicum

2L of water and tea through out the day.

snack 10.30 - apple and a glass of diet coke

Lunch 12.30 - cheese and salad wrap
1 x lebanese bread
30 g lite cheese
1/4 x avo
1 tbs pasta sauce
salad

Today will be a challenge becasue I am at home to try and get some uni work done. But I can do this. I will not binge eat!! So far so good and I even did body attack class this morning. I will not eat again now until dinner probably at 6.

ok so it was a good weekend bar the slice of mudcake that i had with low fat ice cream and strawberries. But it was my birthday so I figured it was rude not too!

sat breakfast
2 x oatbrits
1 cup of lite milk
1 x apple

lunch
We ate out at a cafe
Lavash wrap with ham and salad
1 x diet coke

Dinner
1 small glass red wine
1 x sausage
1 x potato
salad

and Sun
Breakfast
2 x weet bix
1 x cup lit milk
1 x banana

Lunch
1 x bread roll
2 x slices ham
and salad

Dinner
1 x bread roll
2 x chicken legs
rice salad
fruit
mud cake
ice cream
1 x diet ginger beer

So maybe I ate far too much on Sunday night. Back on track today.

Breakfast 6.30

1 X CUP COUS COUS

VEGIES AND TOMATO BROTH

2L WATER AND TEA THROUGH OUT THE DAY

gYM - 1/2 HOUR ON THE TREAD MILL AND PUMP CLASS

Tuesday

Breakfast
2 x oatbrits
1 x cup lite milk
1 x banana


Note : I have noticed that if I have a banana for breakfast I do not get hungry untill lunch.

roast lamb with pumpkin sweet potatoes and salad (small serve)

1 x scoop 97% fat frree ice-cream

Wed
Breakfast 6.00

2 x oat brits
1x cup lite milk
1 x banana

Snack 10 rice crackers with home made pate 10.30
Lollies at work (damn those lollies at work)x 8

Dinner
1/2 cup cooked rice
80g cooked beef
vegies steamed.
1 x orange

Gym - 1 hr body attack class
