Okay so it hasn't been the best week what with lollies and cake and pate!! I weighed myself last night and I weigh 71.3kg! While it is not much it is still a loss!

Thurs
Breakfast 6.30
2 x oat brits
1 x cup lite milk
1 x banana

Lunch 12
130g cooked beef
2 x soy and linseed bread toasted
salad
4 x natural confectionary lollies

Tonight will be a late one as I am heading out to uni after work and intend to be in the library for a while. So dinner will be on the run - 1 x sushi roll
1 x diet coke
1 x apple

Friday
It has been a good day at home with no bingeing - yay go me!!

Breakfast 6.30
2 x oatbrits
1 x cup lite milk
1 x apple

Gym 1hr body attack class

Lunch 11.30 ham cheese and salad sambo - (early - but I was famished after the gym)
2 x burgen soy-linseed toast
1 x slice of ham
30g lite cheese
salad
1 x banana


snack 4.30 carrot sticks and salsa dip.

Dinner will be
Homemade morrocan lamb pizza's
1 x lebanese bread
90g extra trim lamb steak
30g lite cheese
1 tbs pasta sauce
vegies
and I will have drink ( vodka and soda).

2l water and tea through out the day!!

I will not post again untill monday as the weekends are too full on! Tomorrow night will be a worry - more bday celebrations at a mexican restaurant - and I just love those margaritas. I will have to be strong!!

Lunch 12.00 - pasta salad
60g cooked pasta spirals
1 x tomato
8 x sugar snap peas
3 x stalks asparagus
1 x tin tuna ( greanseas flavoured 98%fat free)
1 x glass diet coke

Gym 15mins treadmill and I hr pump class

Dinner 7.00
1 cup cooked rice
1 x snapper cutlet
salad and vegies
1 x apple

2L water and tea through out the day.

I am starting to feel really good - energy wise and I have lost the puffiness around my face!

So I was a little bit naughty tuesday night when I got home I had a pear chopped up with a scoop of ice-cream ...and it was yum!

Wed
Breakfast 6.30

1 x cup of cooked rice
1 x can of tuna
salad

40g low fat cheese
salad

DInner 5.00
1 x chicken thigh
1/2 x cup cous cous
1 x bread roll
vegies and home made tomato sauce.

Gym : 1 hr Body attack class

2L water and tea through out the day!!

ALso I weighed myself this evening and I am now officially in the 60's !! Wahoo!!
