1.5 pieces of sprouted rye sourdough toast with vegemite, 1 slice fruit and nut sourdought toast dry
mandarine and some dried fruit and nuts
zucchini slice and salad, slice of fruit and nut toast
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
