Monday morning and my plan to stay on track is listed below.

Breakfast
Tony Ferguson shake (make into a chocolate mousse)

Snack
2 apples

Lunch
chicken and salad

Snack
picking on slices or capsicum and celery

Dinner
A TF strawberry mousse

Snack
my mug of diet jelly :D

Breakfast
3 vitabrits with strawberries

snack
some grapes and 2 small sticks of celery

lunch
1.5 pieces of sprouted rye sourdough toast with vegemite, 1 slice fruit and nut sourdought toast dry

snack
mandarine and some dried fruit and nuts

dinner
zucchini slice and salad, slice of fruit and nut toast
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
