Cola's Food Diary...

Well here begins my new food diary… I’ve tried to do these in the past, but have always lacked time or motivation to keep it up… Lets see how I go this time round…

16/09/08 (So far today…)

*Small (pre-packed) Sultana Bran with trim milk
*Choc-chip muesli bar
*Grilled dory & medium Caesar salad
*330ml Angostura Lemon, Lime & Bitters

In case I don’t get back online tonight, dinner will be a pork fillet with mashed potato, corn on the cob, peas and wilted spinach

Let’s see if I can improve on this… I’m starving right now, so I might have some yogurt, then I finish work in an hour and off to the gym…

Ok, I'll do this quickly before I go and cook dinner...

B- ham & cheese omelette (2 eggs)
S - choc chip meusli bar
L - 2 x tuna sushi rolls
D - about to cook... Pork, mashed potato, corn on the cob and some peas... (meant to have it last night, but the car decided it would ruin that for me...)

D - nothing - too sleeeeeeeeepy

Drinks - water / pineapple juice / nutrient water

S - 2 minute noodles
L - mango greek yogurt
D - spaghetti bolognese

DR - water / bacardi breezer (x2)

Have been a little naughty today, hopefully I can get back on track over the weekend...

I'm sorry, just have to say this.

Lose the chocolate chip muesli bars and try eating 2 slices of bread in the morning, or something like muesli. It's healthier. Besides, you need a good breakfast to start out the day, in the evening you will find you need less.

The Bacardi Breezers? Get rid of them...

Ok, so I haven’t been online in a couple of days, so it’s catch up time here…


B – 1 piece of toast with vegemite
L – Steak with mushroom sauce & Caesar salad, 1 x southern comfort & lemonade, 1 x lemonade (went to the pub for lunch for SIL’s b’day)
D – nothing – too full from dinner

DR – water, juice


B – poached egg on multi-grain toast with vegemite
S – 12 rice crackers w/ philly cheese
L – hot dog
S – 21g pack of vege chips
D – grilled pork, mash potatoes, steamed corn, peas and spinach

DR – water

Today (so far)

B – ham & cheese omelette
S – 21g pack of vege chips, grapes
L – mountain bread wrap w/ grilled chicken, lettuce, cabbage, carrot, pineapple and mayo
S – 18g pack of rice crackers, mandarin
D – will be..... grilled fish w/ steamed veges (potato, corn, peas, spinach)
