Monday
3 vitabrits with strawberries
grapes and 2 celery sticks
3 slices rye s dough toast 1 slice fruit bread
mandarine and some dried fruit and nuts
zucchini slice and salad?

Tuesday
3 vitabrits with strawberries
grapes and 2 celery sticks
zucchini slice and salad, a handfull of BBQ shapes :oops:
dried fruit and nuts
Lentil shepherd pie

Wednesday
3 vitabrits with strawberries
grapes and 2 celery sticks
3 slices rye s dough and a slice of fruit bread, some fruit (melons, kiwi)
no snack too busy
lentil shepherd pie, slice of fruit toast

Thursday
3 vitabrits with strawberries
grapes and 2 celery sticks
3 slices rye s dough and a slice of fruit bread
mandarine, 1 date and a small handfull of fruit and nuts (I was desperate for energy for the ride home, was running on empty)
spaghetti with vege sauce
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
