Ok so I have started up a new thread because the other one was getting very cluttered. I know it must be a bit boring reading everything that I eat . But I have found this diary to be really motivating! And I want to do for another month! Over the past month I have lost 3.4kg and I am now in the 60's!!

Thursday

Breakfast 6.30
2 x oatbrits
1 x cup lite milk
1 x pear

Snack 10.30 - 1 x banana

Lunch 12
1 x chicken thigh
1 x bread roll
1 x salad

and for dinner - I am cooking I am making spinach/cheese and chicken cannelloni with salad

My meal will be

1 x cannelloni shell
1 x chick thigh
30g reduced fat cheese
spinach/onion/pumpkin
and 1tbs tomato based pasta sauce
and salad

Gym 1hr body attack class

Lunch 12
1 x lebanese wrap
1 x chicken thigh
salad
1 x tbs pasta sauce
1 x pear

Dinner 7.00
1 x sausage
1 x boiled potato
salad
1 x tbs pasta sauce.

2 L of water and tea through out the day.

SNack 10.30
1 x pear

Lunch 12.00 - pizza
1 x lebanese bread
30g reduced fat cheese
6 x olives
1 tbs pasta sauce


Dinner 6.00
1 x sausage
1 x potato
salad
1 x pear

Exercise - 30min walk

2L water, tea and 1x diet soft drink through out the day.

Grr!! The day started so well! And then I lost control!! I haven't nearly double what I am meant to be eating and bad stuff too!! But I vowel that my little binge is over and I am not allowed to dwell on it. Tomorrow is a new day.

Sunday

Breakfast 8.00
2 x oatbrits
1 x cup lite milk
1 x banana

GYM - 40 mins cardio

Lunch 12
1 x bread roll
40g lite cheese
salad
1 x yoghurt cup.

Then stuff went bad!! I am at home doing uni work and i always get like this when I have uni work to do! Makes me hate uni twice as much! Over the past 4 hours I have eaten...

Another bowl of cereal with milk and a pear.'
2 x sausages
6 x chocolate biscuits '

I feel distgusting and am quite angry with myself. and to top it all off my assignment is Not done!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!

Tuesday

It was an ok day - but I totally over ate in the arvo. On salada's and ham. Because I had the day off and was at home I think it was just mainly boredom especially since i was there all day sunday as well.

Wed.
Breakfast 7.00
2 x oatbrits
1/2 x banana
1 x cup lite milk

snack - 10.30
1 x pear

Lunch
1 x small peice of turkish bread (10 x 12 cm)
40 g lite cheese
lettuce and tomato
1 X CAN DIET COKE

WALK - 40 MINS

DINNER 6.30
1 CUP COUS COUS
1 X CHICKEN THIGH
IN A HOMEMADE TOMATO SAUCE
WITH OLIVES, CAPERS, TOMATOS, AND APPLE.
VEGIES

TODAY WAS A GOOD DAY AND I REFRAINED FROM EATING ANY OF THE GOODIES AT WORK! I NEED A FEW MORE DAYS LIKE THESE TO MAKE UP THE GROUND I LOST WITH MY SUNDAY AND MONDAY BINGES.

Lunch - 12.00 (jaffle)
1 x turkish bread (10 x 12 cm)
40g cheese
tomato, lettuce, salt and pepper
1 x diet coke

Gym - 1 hour body attack class

Dinner - 1 x large peice of atlantic salmon - cooked with no oil.
vegies cooked in a little olive oil with sesame seeds
salad

Total WW points for today = 16

Dinner will be beef stir fry with hokkien noodles.
Beef, vegies, noodles, soy sauce, fish sauce, spices

Well My Goal was to be 68kg by the time that I was bridemaid for my best friends wedding! And I made it!! It was an awesome day and I looked and felt really good about myself. It was good motivation to keep going!!

Monday
Breakfast

1 x pear

Lunch 12.00 (will be a toasted sandwich)
2 x slices of multi-grain bread
40g lite cheese
tomato
with a side salad.

Gym - 1 hr body pump class

Dinner will be chicken curry and rice.
