Tin of tuna in spring water
one third of an avocado
baby spinach, tomato and beetroot
1 slice german rye bread
juice of one lemon in water
Dinner
5oz fish crumbed in parmesan and breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (for frying crumbed fish)
10 banana chips (fresh bananas are too expensive)
