Breakfast:2 pieces of wholemeal with 1 tsp of WW canola spread and 1 tsp peanut butter. (3.5 points)
Snack:Banana (1.5)
Lunch:Salad with 2 tsp WW sour cream and I small tin of salt reduced spaghetti. (1.5 points)
Snack:Crackers and a lite strawberry nougat bar ( :oops: ) (7 points)
Dinner:Sweet and Soy garlic beef stir fry with Udon noodles (6 points)
I've had 4 cups of tea today (2.5 points)

22/22 points.

Today I am especially proud of myself. My boyfriend ordered pizza, garlic bread and coke for dinner. I was going to get sushi but we are going shopping tomorrow and I want to have sushi then so instead I made a delicious beef stir fry. My boyfriend just offered me some garlic bread ( :x ) and I said no.... :D

Lunch:Sushi. 6 points
Snack:Milkyway bar. 2 points
Dinner:Left over beef stirfry. 6 points
Celebration:2 200ml of Pink Jewel. 2 points

20.5/22 points.

My boyfriend proposed today so I had some wine to celebrate. I choose Pink Jewel because it's low in calories. :)

Thanks Mindy. I have to keep losing weight to be able to fit into a beautiful wedding dress.

Lunch:1/2 ww bbq pizza.
Snack:ww potato bakes and wendys chocollo. 3 points.
Dinner:other half of bbq pizza, 1 serve of ww chips and a pices of light garlic bread. 7 points for pizza and 3.5 for chips and garlic bread.
Snack:2 200ml Jewel pink wine and 2 ww cookies. 3 points.

22/22 points.

Breakfast:2 pieces of wholemeal toast with 2 tsp of WW strawberry jam.
Snack:1 cup of green seedless grapes.
Lunch:3 rice cakes with 1tbs WW sour cream and topped with salad.
Snack:Fruit and nut bar.
Dinner:Chicken drumsticks with Vegies.
Snack:WW Icecream.
Drink:2 cups of tea.

21/22 points

Not as detailed tonight as i'm tired and want to go to bed. But I will post early from now on with the points value to keep me on track.

I actually have to wear my ring on my other hand because it slides off on my engagment finger! We bought the ring when I was 95kg+ so my fingers were chunkier....I have to take it to get resized! :lol:
The Raspberry tartlets are devine! I'm also a fan of the choc chip biscuits and pretty much any other WW product... :lol:

Snack:1 cup of green seedless grapes. 1.5 points
Lunch:Salad toasted sandwich with cheese. 2.5 points
Snack:1 cup of watermelon and vitaweat rosemary and seasalt sticks with 2 tbs WW sour cream 3 points
Dinner:Vegetable tart with salad and 10g of parmesan cheese. 7 points
Snack:WW toffee pecan icecream. 2 points
Drinks:4 cups of tea. 2.5 points (blame it on AF, helps ease the cramps.)

21/22 points.

Also went for an hour walk with my family.

Breakfast: 2 pieces of wholemeal toast with WW jam. 2.5 points.
Snack: 1/2 cup grapes and vitaweat rosemary and sea salt sticks with 1 tbs WW sour cream. 2 points.
Lunch: Leftover vegetable tart. 5 points.
Snack: 1 large kiwi fruit. 0.5 points.
Dinner: toasted wholemeal mountain bread wrap with LOTS of salad, some light cheese and 1 tsp WW sour cream. 3 points.
Snack: WW icecream. 2 points.
Drinks: 2 cups of tea and 2 cups of coffee. 3 points.

18/22 points

Feeling abit peckish now so I might have some air popped popcorn....still deciding or I might just go to bed. :P

Kinda excited about tomorrow. I'm having Special K Advantage with skim milk and strawberries in the morning. :lol:

I had Special K Advantage this morning and OMG it was so delicious!!

Breakfast: 1 cup of SKA with skim milk. 3 points.
Snack: 1 large Kiwi fruit and 2 cups of watermelon. 1.5 points
Lunch: Mountain bread wrap with light cheese and ham. 2.5 points.
Snack: 3 rice cakes with WW sour cream. 2 points.
Dinner: Homemade pizza. 7 points.
Drinks: 3 cups of tea. 2 points.

18/22 points.

I'm under my points today, atm i'm so full from the healthy homemade pizza (made with mountain bread) that I couldn't eat another thing! But if I get hungry later on tonight i'll have some air popped pop corn.
