mini tin of baked beans
5 dates
2 cups of tea (1 teaspoon of sugar in each)

Light n Easy breakfast snacks and lunch.

Dinner:
Pan fried Salmon and baked veges.

Extras:
2 segments of chocolate orange (hubby ate the rest) :wink:

You have been so good with that chocolate orange of yours. I would have wolfed the whole thing down in one sitting.

Actually this is the second one. The first one I had 3 segments of it and hubby at the rest. This time I got 2 segments and he ate the rest!! :roll: Takes away the temptation so can't complain too much I guess.
