rice/tuna salad, 1 kingston biscuit
sausage and vege stew with 1 slice bread
pancakes with apple, walnut almond and golden syrup
1 1/2 lettuce and egg sandwich, 2 venetian biscuits
chicken paprika risotto.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
