muesli and 1 vitbrit
2 slices toast with pasta sauce, 4 pieces of choc/raspberry coconut slice :oops:
warm chicken salad

bacon and eggs on toast
rice/tuna salad, 1 kingston biscuit
sausage and vege stew with 1 slice bread
apricot crumble

pancakes with apple, walnut almond and golden syrup
1 1/2 lettuce and egg sandwich, 2 venetian biscuits
chicken paprika risotto.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
