Todays plan

Breakfast
3 vitabrits
1 banana
1 cup of tea

Snack
Apple
a glass lemon water

Lunch
beetroot, capsicum, celery, grated carrot,
3 bean mix, tomato, cos lettuce or spinach,
mushrooms, cucumber
and ½ a baked sweet potato
1 glass lemon water

Snack
orange
1 glass lemon water

Dinner
baked beans on
2 or 3 slices of toasted bread
1 cup of tea

Snack
Diet Jelly
1 cup of tea

Breakfast
3 vitabrits with cold stewed apple

Snack
mandarine

Lunch
2 slices toast with vegemite, pear

snack
drued fruit and nuts

dinner
vege soup with 2 slices toast
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
