Breakfast
3 vitabrits with hot water (no sugar)
1 cup of 2 fruits (canned)
1 cup of tea

Snack
Apple
1 glass of lemon water

Lunch
a mini can of 3 bean mix
lettuce, grated carrot, tomato, cucumber
½ a small microwaved sweet potato
1 glass of lemon water

Snack
Orange
1 glass of lemon water

Dinner
3 slices of toast
1 mini can of baked beans
1 cup of tea

Snack
Diet jelly
1 cup of tea

Breakfast
3 vitabrits with cold stewed apple, 1 small slice (end crust) toast

snack
apple

lunch
3 slices toast with vegemite

snack
dried fruit and nuts

dinner
zucchini slice with salad and a couple of baked potato pieces.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
