Lunch
1 Tony Ferguson Sachet
Drink of water

Snack
Orange
1 glass of lemon water

Drink of water

Dinner
Baked Beans
3 slices of tost
1 cup of tea

Have been trying to work out a naughty treat for myself that isn't chocolate. I think that might be the ticket!

Have opted for soft eating licorice instead which doesn't appear to be too naughty at all...unless I eat the whole bag. :oops:

I know you said not chocolate but a tub of chocolate YoGo 500g is only 2.9g of fat (it tastes like chocolate custard but without the fat)
A yummy way to eat it is if you freeze it, then defrost it in the microwave for 35 seconds so it's just like a frozen choc firm icecream. Very filling and hardly harmful for the diet.

You know what I had 1 piece of the licorice and didn't like it. Should have just got the chocolate.
