I really stuffed up by eating twisties last night (as if hypothyroidism isn't enough of a weight loss challenge)
I think I'd better record my meals here as I eat them not writing down the whole day in advance.
Got visitors coming over tonight with lots of nibblies, one lot of visitors are going to be spending the night in the guest room so I hope I don't drink and eat too much.

Well I hope you went OK Dolly with the yummy snacks about. That was always my weakness, finger food and savoury snacks. Chocolate and sweety cakes can go hang as long as there are mini sausage rolls and cheese and crackers about. Ok this is not helping :roll:

Didn't have L n E dinner as hubby made me vegetable and pulse stew type thing that I had two bowls of with 2 slices of soy & linseed bread. He believes this is one of those cure all ills type of meals. It was lovely and just what I needed.
